I have been making a living as a filmmaker for 13 years and while I love directing and producing, it is the cinematography and editing departments I feel most called to. I am an out and proud tech geek and I embrace that side of myself fully.
Originally from Pakistan, I have lived in the US since 1998 and use my multi-cultural ties to collaborate on endeavors all over the world.
Current projects include the 15 episode series Aarzu e Mann I produced and filmed for the South Asian market. The show is currently streaming on Amazon. I also just finished the Spanish Flamenco documentary Open Circle, which is slated for release on multiple VOD platforms in early 2019.
My customers include PBS, Delta Dental, Custom Made Theatre, LiveaMoment, National AIDS Memorial, among others.
